After all, if the power fails in a company, operations are immediately paralysed. This results in financial losses and, in the worst case, human lives are at risk.
Our mission is therefore clear: at NTC, we develop, install and maintain emergency power supplies that protect companies against these risks. In this way, we create the basis for every company to be able to work without interruption and continue to grow.
To ensure that the NTC mission statement continues to grow, we have defined three (daily) core tasks and key NTC characteristics that clearly define how we work together internally and externally. These "values and behaviours" have been communicated intensively to all new and old NTC employees in recent months via mailings, visualisations and consistent thematisation. That's safer! Because only if the common direction is right will everyone have the same goal: highly available, independent and energy-efficient emergency power technology as security in uncertain times.
