We are passionate about creating uninterruptible, high-availability power supplies to satisfy all requirements in all sectors. Along with everything that is associated with this. To do this, we are on the lookout for well-trained technicians, construction managers and project managers who have technology in their blood and enjoy organising their work and/or managing projects independently. And who are able to do this in all areas from A to Z, from conceptual design and site surveillance to quality assurance and handover of the finished system. Clearly, this demands people with experience, flexibility and mobility.

Sales is more varied than it sounds. This is something we realise again and again. Because the requirements of our customers are also highly varied. Just like the services we perform. Which is why we offer a variety of tasks in the sales department, ranging from project sales to UPS sales and on to exchange and replacement sales. The focus is among other things on the continuous appreciative support of buyers, planners and resellers, which also includes price negotiations. The independent development of customer generation initiatives is also part of our daily work.

Every project in the emergency power supply sector is unique. Which it is why it is of fundamental importance to us that we fulfil every contract flexibly and individually. Always in compliance with our high quality requirements, specified deadlines and budget constraints. To the fullest satisfaction of our customers and all other persons and works involved. This requires among other things project and project-planning experience, an ability to think strategically, technical problem solving skills, management qualities, assertiveness, and often also strong nerves. But the interesting work is worth all the effort.

Commitment, reliability, competence and customer-orientation. These are the four pillars that support our commercial areas. It is very important to us that we offer the best possible commercial order processing, to enable us to provide our customers with optimum support. Depending on the task and the job description, the emphasis can be on traditional accounting or commercial project control and support. In all cases, we expect you to have undergone sound commercial training, that you have professional experience, and that you enjoy working with customers. Independent thinking is not just permitted but expressly desired.

Are you still in secondary school education? If so, we have two training opportunities that might interest you: Office management clerk (m/f) and Electronics Technician for Energy and Building Services Technology (m/f). In both programmes, you will make your way through numerous departments and familiarise yourself with their specific workflows – and you will be allowed to take on responsible and interesting duties right from the start. At the same time, you will start to build up a valuable network of contacts, because we will also be sending you out to other companies, to make sure that you really learn as much as possible. You will develop your theoretical knowledge at the vocational school.

Interested? Our training programmes begin on 1 August and 1 September.
